Responsibilities:
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of campus facilities, including offices, classrooms, and common areas
  • Strip and wax floors, clean and disinfect surfaces, and perform other cleaning tasks as needed
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve departmental goals and objectives
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors to ensure seamless operations
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • At least 2 years of experience in cleaning and maintenance; experience in a higher education setting a plus
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physical ability to lift, carry, and move heavy objects
