Maintenance Supervisor

LyondellBasell is seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance department, you will be responsible for managing the maintenance team, ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our equipment, and supporting operations to meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and direct the maintenance team to ensure effective and efficient maintenance operations.
- Develop and implement maintenance plans, schedules, and procedures to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
- Collaborate with operations teams to identify and prioritize maintenance needs, and ensure that maintenance activities are aligned with business objectives.
- Monitor and control maintenance costs, and develop strategies to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and engineering regulations, and maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
- 5-10 years of experience in maintenance or a related field, with progressive responsibility and leadership experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent, and completion of a mechanical or electrical maintenance certification, apprenticeship, or relevant program of study.
- Strong technical skills, including knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems, and proficiency in SAP software and preventative maintenance programs.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
- High level of proficiency in managing capital appropriation requests and project management.
- Strong root cause analysis and remediation skills.
- Solid understanding and demonstration of troubleshooting skills and best practices.
