How to Become a Licensed Insurance Agent? Teleperformance provides a 5-day paid training program designed to prepare you for the State Insurance Exam.

What to Expect? We will assign a trainer, provide learning resources, and cover the costs associated with your state exam. Once you pass, we will assist you in obtaining your license across all states and territories where we operate.

Your Responsibilities: As an Insurance Customer Service Associate, your primary duty will be to explore innovative solutions to address a variety of inquiries, issues, and concerns.

• Manage and respond to all customer inquiries with care.

• Deliver exceptional customer service through active listening.

• Handle confidential customer information with sensitivity.

• Strive to resolve issues on the first call by being proactive.

• Communicate effectively with customers.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience.

• Must be over 18 years of age.

• Ability to type at least 25 words per minute.

• High School Graduate or GED.

• Proficiency with desktop computer systems.

• Strong oral and written communication skills.

• Preferred 6 months of Call Center experience.

• Logical problem-solving abilities.

• Availability to work various shifts.

• Familiarity with Windows operating systems.

• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
