Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Wireless Network Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our IT Infrastructure team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our wireless network infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement wireless network infrastructure, including access points, controllers, and switches.
  • Configure and troubleshoot wireless network devices, including routers, firewalls, and VPNs.
  • Develop and implement network security policies and procedures to ensure the integrity of our wireless network.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize wireless network projects and initiatives.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members and other stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in wireless network engineering, with a focus on design, implementation, and maintenance.
  • Strong knowledge of wireless network protocols, including 802.11ac, 802.11ax, and Wi-Fi 6.
  • Experience with network security protocols, including WPA2, WPA3, and AES.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex network issues.
Preferred Qualifications
  • CCNA Wireless or CCNP Wireless certification.
  • Experience with wireless network management tools, including AirWave and NetMRI.
  • Knowledge of cloud-based wireless network solutions, including AWS and Azure.
