We are seeking a skilled X-Ray Technologist to join our mobile imaging team at DispatchHealth Management. As a key member of our team, you will perform diagnostic imaging procedures in various settings and locations to support the diagnostic and treatment of disease and injuries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct mobile diagnostic imaging procedures in a variety of settings, including nursing homes, assisted living facilities, correctional institutions, and other patient locations.
  • Operate portable radiologic equipment at patient's bedside or other designated exam settings, ensuring safe operation and adherence to radiation safety and ALARA principles.
  • Process images and review images for diagnostic quality prior to transmission, maintaining high standards of image quality and patient care.
  • Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment, assist with troubleshooting and problem solving of equipment and systems as directed by management.
  • Ensure that the vehicle is well stocked with necessary supplies and maintain a safe and organized workspace.
  • Act professionally and exhibit courtesy, friendliness, and a positive attitude when interacting with co-workers, patients, patient's family, client staff, physicians, and others.
  • Follow direction and adhere to all company policies, procedures, and guidelines, prioritizing patient safety and well-being.
Requirements:
  • Ability to move or lift equipment up to 50 pounds and walk up and down stairs easily while carrying equipment.
  • Ability to work a varied schedule that may require evenings, holidays, and weekends.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in the use of company computers, systems, programs, and digital x-ray technology.
