Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Wellness Consultant to join our team. As a Wellness Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to customers on natural wellness products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess customers' needs and direct them to products that fit those specific needs.
  • Educate customers on how recommended products work and why it was recommended for their needs.
  • Stay up to date on current health and wellness industry standards and topics.
  • Assist customers with their supplements and health-related questions.
  • Express sympathy and understanding when working with customers who share their physical and emotional concerns.
  • Assist with backstock organization and cleaning of all wellness products.
  • Clean, face, organize and replenish shelves in the wellness department.
  • Provide excellent customer service experience.
Requirements
  • Prior wellness education, background, or experience.
  • Expertise in vitamin, mineral, herbal, and sports nutrition supplementation.
  • Knowledge of and experience with the uses of natural or holistic medicines.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide excellent customer service.
