Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Monitor and report any changes in residents' physical or emotional well-being.
  • Assist with medication management and administration, as directed by licensed nurses.
  • Support residents with mobility and exercise, promoting their physical and mental well-being.
  • Participate in rehabilitative processes, working closely with therapy personnel to achieve residents' goals.
  • Carry out assignments as instructed by the registered nurse or paramedical team, ensuring residents receive high-quality care.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Minimum of one year of experience in a care-related field.
  • Certifications and licensure required by state regulations.
  • Completion of a basic aide training program, with a certificate obtained.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Valid state driver's license and good driving record.
