  • Provide support for scheduling outside referrals, facilitating communication between healthcare providers and patients.
  • Ensure suitable follow-up appointments are scheduled weekly, promoting ongoing patient care and engagement.
  • Assist other department members as needed, demonstrating a team-oriented approach and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
Key Qualifications and Experience:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in communication and organizational skills.
  • Experience in Substance Abuse/Mental Health, with a deep understanding of the complexities of addiction treatment and mental health services.
  • Proficiency with EHR, Microsoft Office, and speech recognition software, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Previous experience in a healthcare setting, with a strong understanding of patient-centered care and confidentiality.
