Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Chef to join our team at Compass Group, PLC. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for directing, coordinating, and evaluating the activities of our kitchen associates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of cooks and other kitchen associates engaged in food preparation and service.
  • Participate in menu planning, food costing, and inventory management to ensure efficient and effective food production.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards, and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
