Job Summary

The Executive Team Lead will be responsible for directing the activities of Liquid Department employees engaged in the manufacture of liquid egg products. This role involves developing work schedules and assignments to meet production goals, coordinating on-the-job training activities, and providing relief to other lead personnel and the Processing Supervisor.

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards achieving common objectives. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for success in this role.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Direct the activities of Liquid Department employees engaged in the manufacture of liquid egg products.
  • Develop work schedules and assignments to meet production goals.
  • Coordinate on-the-job training activities for new hires and transferred employees.
  • Provide relief to other lead personnel and the Processing Supervisor as needed.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents, such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
  • Ability to speak effectively before groups, customers, vendors, or employees.

  • Good mechanical skills and ability to operate specific equipment or tools.
Compensation

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with additional benefits and opportunities for growth and development.
