We're seeking a skilled Server to join our team at Red Robin Franchisee - Ansara Restaurant Group. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests, and working collaboratively with our kitchen and management teams to deliver high-quality food and beverages.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Take orders and serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Work effectively with the kitchen team to ensure accurate and timely food delivery
  • Manage cash and credit transactions, operating a point-of-sale system and handling customer payments
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
Requirements:
  • At least 18 years old
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks effectively
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
