Position Highlights:
- No prior dialysis experience is necessary.
- Training may occur in various facilities beyond your assigned location.
- Flexibility is essential, as you may float to different facilities during and after training.
- Availability for morning, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts is required.
What to Expect:
- Join a supportive team that values collaboration in a positive work environment.
- Provide care to patients with diverse co-morbidities, necessitating tailored treatment plans and a wide range of nursing skills.
- Supervise a group of patients with the assistance of Patient Care Technicians (PCTs) for patient monitoring and machine setup.
- Engage in a dynamic and fast-paced setting, utilizing your head, heart, and hands daily.
- Specialize in various renal therapies, including Hemodialysis, Peritoneal Dialysis, Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy (CRRT), and Apheresis.
- Deliver dialysis services within a contracted healthcare system, integrating seamlessly with both hospital and DaVita teams.
- Work in various settings, including ICU, CCU, and ED, providing specialized nephrology care.
- Expect a variable schedule based on patient needs, with advance notice of your weekly schedule.
- Be part of a Joint Commission Accredited Inpatient Dialysis Program.

Requirements:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
- Associate Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited institution; a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N) or a three-year diploma from an accredited program may also be considered.
- Experience in Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Critical Care Unit (CCU), Emergency Room (ER), or Medical Surgical (Med Surg) is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Certification as a Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) is a plus.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment color blind test is required, with accommodations available.
