Job SummaryThis position involves assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating, and documenting nursing care for patients in accordance with organizational policies and professional nursing standards. The ideal candidate will possess specialized knowledge, judgment, and nursing skills necessary to assess data and plan, provide, and evaluate care suitable for patients' physical and developmental needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess patient physical, psychological, social, spiritual, educational, developmental, cultural, and discharge planning needs.
- Formulate a plan of care utilizing assessment data and patient, family, and healthcare team input.
- Implement the plan of care through direct patient care, coordination, delegation, and supervision of healthcare team activities.
- Evaluate patient response to care and teaching, revising the plan as needed.
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
RequirementsTo be considered for this role, you must possess a current, valid RN license in the state of practice or compact RN licensure. BLS certification is also required. Additional certifications or continuing education may be necessary based on area of practice. We value candidates with experience in the clinical area they're applying for and those who can maintain clinical performance competencies appropriate to their work environment.
Preferred QualificationsBachelor's degree preferred. Professional certification preferred. Additional related education and/or experience are also appreciated.
