Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse to join our team at TotalMed. As a member of our healthcare staff, you will provide exceptional care to critically ill patients in the ICU setting.

About this Role

As an Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse, your primary responsibility will be to assess, monitor, and manage critically ill patients. You will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that cater to each patient's unique needs.

Your expertise in advanced interventions and procedures will enable you to stabilize and support patients' health, ensuring they receive the highest quality care possible. Additionally, you will educate patients and their families on their conditions, treatment options, and care plans for optimal recovery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide specialized nursing care to critically ill patients in the intensive care unit (ICU)
  • Assess patients' conditions, monitor vital signs, and administer medications as prescribed
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Perform advanced interventions and procedures to stabilize and support patients' health
  • Educate patients and their families on their conditions, treatment options, and care plans for optimal recovery
Requirements
  • Current RN license
  • BLS (Other Certifications as required by facility)
  • Two years of recent ICU RN experience
  • Strong communication and adaptability skills
Compensation and Benefits
