Schedule and Salary

This position requires an in-person commitment of 5 days a week (8 am-5 pm) with a competitive estimated salary range of $120,000-$150,000 per year, depending on location and experience.

Job Description

We seek a Licensed Psychologist to perform comprehensive medical assessments on United States Veterans as part of the VA's disability benefits process. The ideal candidate will review behavioral health records electronically through a secure Web Portal and conduct assessments in person, completing Disability Benefits Questionnaires (DBQs) as needed.

The role involves assessing approximately 4 Veterans per day on average and working as an Independent Contractor. It is essential to note that this position does not involve treating patients or prescribing medication.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A Ph.D. or Psy.D from an APA Accredited program/school
  • An active and unrestricted Psychology license
  • Meet the credentialing requirements set forth by the VA
