Deliver with Us

As a UPS Seasonal Driver Helper, you'll be part of a dynamic team that delivers packages of all shapes and sizes. You'll ride along with a Package Delivery Driver in our famous brown trucks, helping to get packages exactly where they need to be.

This role requires flexibility, as work will be assigned in the morning based on operational needs and your availability. When you're assigned work, you'll be provided with a meet point, where the driver will pick you up. Helpers do not drive the brown truck.

This seasonal role is a lot of work, but also a lot of fun. You'll be part of a team that's busy, but also full of festive cheer and happy faces.

What Does It Take?

  • You'll work together with the driver to make multiple deliveries on a pre-assigned delivery route.
  • You'll need to be able to lift up to 70 lbs.
  • You'll enjoy working outside.
  • You'll have stamina – this is a workout like no other.
  • You'll have a legal right to work in the U.S.
  • You'll have an eye for detail.
  • You'll be reliable and responsible.
  • No experience is necessary.
  • You'll need a pair of sturdy work boots.
