In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that event participants have unforgettable experiences.
We are looking for individuals who are enthusiastic, dependable, and committed to providing outstanding customer service.Key Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional customer service by welcoming and assisting event participants with a positive and supportive attitude.
Support event preparations, including the arrangement of equipment, placement of signage, and other assigned tasks.
Oversee event spaces to maintain cleanliness, organization, and adherence to venue regulations.
Respond to inquiries and provide detailed information about the event, facilities, and available services to participants.
Guide attendees to designated areas, such as seating, restrooms, concession stands, and exits.
Address and resolve participant questions, concerns, or issues in a courteous and efficient manner.
Collaborate with event personnel, vendors, and fellow team members to ensure seamless event execution.
Assist with crowd management strategies, as needed, to uphold a safe and enjoyable atmosphere for all attendees.
Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards to maintain a high level of professionalism and service quality.
Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years old (age requirements may vary based on local regulations).
High school diploma or equivalent is required (some college experience is preferred).
Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or event-related positions is beneficial.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse individuals.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain composed and professional in high-pressure situations.
Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as dictated by event schedules.
Physical stamina to stand, walk, and participate in physical activities for extended periods.
Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
