Homebase Behavior Consulting Inc is seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join their team. This is a great opportunity for individuals to be part of a growing business and contribute to the development of innovative behavioral solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement treatment plans using interdisciplinary approaches to support clients and families.
- Create and manage individualized treatment plans and behavior support plans using electronic software.
- Conduct assessments, write treatment plans, progress notes, and session notes.
- Coordinate, train, and supervise Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), providing mentoring, support, and constructive feedback.
- Conduct initial assessments, reassessments, and write progress reports.
- Develop and monitor individual behavior management protocols and behavior intervention plans for children.
- Provide support, instruction, and feedback to families and caregivers on managing challenging behaviors and teaching replacement behaviors through the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
- Conduct Functional Assessments and Functional Analysis of all problem behaviors when needed and clinically warranted.
- Review program effectiveness, make recommendations, monitor data collection, and graph/monitor progress through visual analysis.
- Master's degree plus certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst (LABA) required.
- Excellent knowledge of ethics, standards, best practices, and regulations for the ABA clinical field.
- Excellent communication and people skills/ aptitude in resolving issues and conflicts.
- Prior experience overseeing insurance-funded services, preferred.
- Hourly rate: up to $75.00/hour.
- Must be eligible to work in the US; no sponsorships available.
- No relocation offered.
