Behavior Consultant Opportunity

Homebase Behavior Consulting Inc is seeking a highly skilled Behavior Consultant to join their team. This is a great opportunity for individuals to work with a growing business and contribute to the development of innovative treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans using electronic software
  • Coordinate and supervise Behavior Technicians and parents, providing mentoring and support
  • Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans and behavior support plans
  • Provide instruction and feedback to families and caregivers on managing challenging behaviors
  • Conduct Functional Assessments and Functional Analysis of problem behaviors
Requirements:
  • Master's degree and certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Excellent knowledge of ethics, standards, and best practices in ABA
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Prior experience in insurance-funded services is preferred
Compensation and Benefits:

Hourly rate: up to $75.00/hour

Must be eligible to work in the US; no sponsorships or relocation offered
