We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Facilities Maintenance Associate to join our team at Kahlig Auto Group. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and clean working environment for all dealership employees and customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and sanitary environment throughout the dealership, including offices, lunch rooms, restrooms, and other areas.
  • Facilities Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces and floors.
  • Restroom Maintenance: Clean and restock customer and employee restrooms, including shower rooms.
  • Waste Management: Empty trash receptacles throughout the dealership.
  • Assistance with Events: Assist with furniture moving and setup for employee functions.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 1+ year of experience in a housekeeping or janitorial position.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
