Vehicle Build Mechanics Wanted

We are looking for a highly motivated Prototype Vehicle Engineer to join our team in New Carlisle, IN. As a key member of our vehicle build team, you will be responsible for designing, building, and testing prototype vehicles, using your expertise to ensure that all vehicles meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and repair complex mechanical systems of vehicles.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes and tire rotations.
  • Conduct pre-delivery inspections to ensure vehicles meet quality standards.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve technical issues.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience as a diesel mechanic working with commercial vehicles.
  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical systems and diagnostic techniques.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • CDL-A (strongly preferred).
