Enterprise Sales Development Representative

The Sales Development Representative role at Minitab is a dynamic position that involves generating incremental enterprise-level pipeline and revenue through targeted marketing campaigns and account mining. This individual will participate in a team sales environment, working closely with the enterprise and global sales teams to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Qualify leads through phone-based qualification of outbound targeted marketing campaigns.
- Mine accounts to identify potential customers who need to be nurtured over time prior to qualification as an active sales opportunity.
- Develop and maintain ongoing relationships with enterprise market segment prospects.
Requirements:
Experience: 2+ years of related business development/lead generation roles. College graduates with business/marketing/information technology degrees are a plus.
Education: Bachelor's degree preferred. Associate College/technical degree required.
Career Path: Following 12-18 months successful performance, promotion to Account Manager.

Salary and Commission:
This role is eligible for a base salary of $55,000 per year, with a commission plan of up to $30,000 per year based on meeting performance targets. There is uncapped earning potential.
