RN Clinical Supervisor Position

We are seeking a RN Clinical Supervisor to join our team at Northeast Independent Living Program Inc. This part-time position (20 hours per week) requires a licensed registered nurse in Massachusetts with experience working with persons with disabilities.
Job Responsibilities- Provide training, clinical guidance, and oversight to Per Diem O.T.s and R.N. evaluators
- Work cooperatively with PCA and Clinical program staff to ensure timely provision of quality program services
- Respond to inquiries and deferrals from MassHealth in a timely manner
- Current license as a registered nurse in the state of Massachusetts
- Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred
- Experience working with persons with disabilities
The estimated salary for this role is $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include flexible work arrangements and opportunities for professional growth.
