We are seeking a Medical Director to lead our Dermatology program at Essentia Health in Brainerd, MN.

About the Role:

As a Medical Director, you will have the opportunity to develop and direct our Dermatology program, working with a high volume of patients and collaborating with a team of professionals to provide exceptional care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of the Dermatology program
  • Provide clinical leadership and direction to the Dermatology team
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient care
  • Develop and manage budgets to support program growth and development
  • Recruit and retain top talent to join the Dermatology team
