Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented Dermatology Specialist to join our medical team in the Brainerd Lakes Area. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will have the opportunity to develop and direct our dermatology program, providing high-quality patient care and advancing the field of dermatology in our region.

About the Position:
- This is an employed position with no call requirements
- You will have the chance to develop and direct our dermatology program
- Enjoy a high patient demand with no other dermatologist in the group
- Work in an outpatient practice with a built-in referral group, featuring over 60 referring physicians
- Opportunities to perform MOHS and other procedures of your choice
- Potential ownership in an ambulatory surgery center

Benefits and Compensation:

- Salary: $250,000 - $350,000 per year, depending on experience
