Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Breakthru Beverage Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliable operation of our conveyor system and other mechanical equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and troubleshoot issues with equipment and perform necessary maintenance
  • Apply knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems to maintain and repair a variety of distribution and facilities equipment
  • Complete preventative maintenance requirements on conveyors, programmable controllers, transformers, and machinery wiring
  • Repair electrical and mechanical systems and equipment by diagnosing malfunctioning apparatus and determining faulty wiring
  • Perform routine maintenance using hand and power tools, electric meters, and materials handling equipment
  • Coordinate and/or perform general building maintenance, including plumbing, painting, lighting, and other building maintenance
  • Set specifications for new equipment and install new machines and equipment by installing power supply wiring and conduit
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in building maintenance
  • Comfortable with working in high or precarious places and extreme heat
  • Must be a results-oriented professional with verbal/written communication skills, diplomacy, and customer service skills
  • Ability to multi-task, work independently and/or within a team, pay attention to detail, and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and/or equivalent training and work experience
  • Certified Maintenance and Reliability Technician certification
Competencies
  • Accountable for results that impact the department
  • Selects best option from a set of defined procedures/solutions using common sense and experience of similar situations
