We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Infusion Barista to join our team at IP Casino Resort Spa - Biloxi. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional beverage experiences to our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Guest Interactions: Greet and take food and beverage orders from guests in a timely and courteous manner.
- Beverage Preparation: Prepare and serve a variety of specialty non-alcoholic hot beverages and snacks in accordance with established service standards.
- Cash Handling: Operate cash register, complete cash and credit transactions, and maintain an accurate bank at all times.
- Cleanliness: Maintain the cleanliness of the coffee bar areas, ensuring a fun, fresh, and clean atmosphere for our guests.
To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You should also be knowledgeable about coffee and beverages, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
