Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project plans, including project charters, schedules, and budgets.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
  • Manage project risks, issues, and changes.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project deliverables meet their needs.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating potential roadblocks.
  • Collaborate with team members to establish completion dates and ensure timely delivery.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and lessons learned.
Requirements
  • Master of Science degree in engineering, computer science, or related disciplines with 8+ years of direct Project Management experience.
  • Or Bachelor of Science in engineering, computer science, or related disciplines with 10+ years of direct Project Management experience.
  • Proven experience with project management concepts, including project charters, scheduling, and planning.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and motivate team members.
  • Strong project management skills, team leadership skills, and analytical and organizational skills.
  • PMP certification and/or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification preferred.
Technical Skills
  • Working knowledge of Azure DevOps (formerly VSTS) highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of Confluence and Power BI preferred.
  • Advance knowledge of Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Project.
