Remington Revenue Management Director Job Description

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute hotel revenue strategies to drive RevPAR and maximize revenue through the effective use of hotel revenue systems, including brand-based and third-party systems.
  • Lead all revenue strategy and revenue management functions for a portfolio of hotels located in the Eastern United States, providing direction and guidance to on-property teams.
  • Collaborate with Digital Strategy team to ensure correct content and pricing are available across all distribution channels.
  • Analyze market data and demand generators to provide recommendations for optimal revenue performance, identifying opportunities to improve revenue and profitability.
  • Provide ongoing revenue management training to on-property teams, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge required to maximize revenue and drive business growth.
  • Facilitate weekly revenue strategy meetings to discuss revenue performance, identify areas for improvement, and align on revenue growth strategies.

Requirements:

  • 3 years of experience in revenue management, including multi-property and multi-market roles.
  • Strong analytical skills and knowledge of revenue management systems, including GRO and One Yield v2.
  • Previous experience with Hilton and Marriott Full Service products required.
  • Certified in GRO and One Yield v2.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to ownership and work effectively with proactive sales teams.
  • Must reside in Eastern or Central Time Zones.

  • Remote position based in the Northeast.
