Job Description

As a Floor Captain at ECWI Hospitality, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate work activities among service staff to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Train and coach new team members to ensure consistency in service standards.
  • Lead the floor and provide guidance to service staff during hours of operation.
  • Assist with guest issues and provide solutions in a timely manner.
  • Perform host duties and assist with scheduling.
  • Monitor cash flow and settle outstanding bills during hours of operation.
  • Ensure all guests receive a consistent quality product and experience.
  • Assume responsibility for the quality of products served and uphold health codes and standards.
  • Communicate with maintenance and vendors for upkeep and repairs.
  • Uphold Hilton brand standards and delegate tasks to staff as needed.
  • Use Micro's POS systems and place orders with vendors.
  • Assist with inventory and organization of beverage storage areas.
  • Attend meetings and provide suggestions for improvement.
  • Communicate with the FOH outlet manager and maintain open dialogue.

Qualifications

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong decision-making skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Basic math and costing skills.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and maintain a positive attitude.

Preferred Experience
Minimum of one year in a similar position.
