Job Title: Floor Captain

ECWI Hospitality is seeking a skilled and experienced Floor Captain to join our team. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless service delivery and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate service activities among team members to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Train and coach new team members to ensure consistency in service standards.
  • Lead the service team and provide guidance and direction during service hours.
  • Assist with guest issues and take ownership of resolving problems.
  • Perform host duties and assist with scheduling.
  • Monitor cash flow and settle outstanding bills during service hours.
  • Ensure all guests receive a consistent quality product and service.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of one year of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Basic math and costing skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
