Key Responsibilities- Provide individual and group counseling sessions to clients in our Opioid Treatment Program
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans to address clients' unique needs
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and coordination
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment plans
- Participate in crisis management and on-call rotations to ensure 24/7 support for clients
- Master's degree in a related field (e.g., counseling, social work, psychology)
- 1 year of experience working with individuals with substance use disorders
- Licensed to practice clinically (CADC, CADC-I, LCAS/A, LCSW/A, LCMHC/A)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
