Position Summary

The role is essential for supporting the operational functions of Ignite Flight Academy. This includes maintaining the safety and efficiency of our operations while actively promoting our mission and core values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the movement of aircraft within the active ramp area and facilitate their storage and retrieval.
  • Coordinate and assist with the refueling of our aircraft fleet.
  • Support the scheduling of aircraft and flight instructors.
  • Oversee operations during off-hours and provide assistance to customers as needed.
  • Prepare and detail aircraft for subsequent operational days.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Ignite Flight Academy facilities.
  • Assist with seasonal maintenance tasks, including lawn care in summer and snow removal in winter.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED is required.
  • Prior experience in the aviation sector is preferred.
  • Ability to lift and/or pull weights up to 50 pounds.
  • A valid state driver's license is mandatory.

Employment Type: Full-Time

Work Schedule:

  • Afternoon and evening shifts
  • Availability on weekends
