Automation Technician

KEB America, Inc. is seeking a skilled Automation Technician to join our Production Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of our products. Your duties will include evaluating products, supervising control processes, performing setups, assembly, and tests, and collaborating with Manufacturing Engineers on programs.

Requirements:

  • Evaluate products and ensure quality and functionality
  • Supervise control processes
  • Perform various setups, assembly, and tests on products
  • Write up reports
  • Diagnose and resolve problems with products, methods, and equipment
  • Provide training and general support to production departments
  • Implement preventative maintenance methods
  • Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineers on programs
  • Work on, build, and test robots

Specific Technical Skills:

  • Ability to follow work instructions accurately
  • Ability to work well independently as well as with others
  • Ability to problem solve
  • Think analytically
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to lift up to 70 pounds on an infrequent basis, with or without reasonable accommodations
  • Work to obtain or has completed a 2-year tech level degree in Automation Robotics Engineering Technology or similar studies
