Job Summary

As a Radiology Technologist at SSM Health, you will play a critical role in producing high-quality diagnostic medical radiographs to ensure proper diagnosis and quality patient care. Under the direction of the Radiology Director and Manager, you will work in a fast-paced environment, utilizing your skills and expertise to produce accurate and detailed images.

Key Responsibilities
  • Produce quality radiographs using appropriate exposure techniques to ensure proper penetration of the area being radiographed.
  • Document patient history, including pertinent patient information and limitations.
  • Verify physician orders prior to the start of the exam.
  • Perform OR/Surgery cases using C-arms and portable machines efficiently.
  • Observe and adhere to established departmental policies, safety, environmental, and infection control standards.
Requirements
  • Graduate of a Radiology Technology program.
  • 1 year of experience preferred, but new graduates welcome.
  • ARRT certification required.
