Your Impact as a Market Manager:

  • Lead and manage a Manpower business, driving sales and owning the market and P&L as an entrepreneurial leader. Your primary focus will be to enhance sales and motivate staff to proactively expand staffing opportunities.
  • Inspire and guide a team of sales and recruitment professionals to grow the business while ensuring satisfaction for clients, consultants, and candidates. You will be responsible for hiring, onboarding, managing, and developing a team typically comprising 5-10 employees.
  • Formulate strategies and tactics to direct sales and recruitment activities, overseeing execution with hands-on coaching of direct reports, and engaging with clients and consultants to foster loyalty and address escalations.
  • Establish yourself as a market and industry leader, recognized in relevant communities for your expertise in the World of Work. Provide tailored workforce solutions to clients by collaborating across teams and brands to leverage the full suite of ManpowerGroup solutions.
