Job Summary

We are seeking an Environmental Scientist Intern to join our team in Middletown, CT. As an intern, you will assist our environmental scientists with fieldwork, data collection and entry, and environmental assessments. You will also have the opportunity to work on technical reports and contribute to delivering exceptional client experiences.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with fieldwork, including sampling, site inspections, and subcontractor oversight
  • Research, collect, and enter data
  • Assist with environmental assessments of due diligence and site remediation projects
  • Prepare technical reports
  • Contribute to delivering exceptional client experiences
Requirements
  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Environmental Sciences or a related field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to work individually and in a team environment
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to independently seek answers to questions
  • Valid driver's license
  • Relevant internship or co-op experience preferred
  • Experience in ArcMap/ArcGIS preferred
  • 40-hour OSHA HAZWOPER training
