Job Overview

Kelly Government Solutions is seeking a skilled Subcontract Closeout and Compliance Support professional to join our team. This role will support the close-out of subcontracts for the acquisition services group, track and report on completed subcontracts, and document closeout files as needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Close out the backlog of subcontracts for the acquisition services group
  • Track and report on the number of subcontracts completed weekly
  • Document closeout files as needed for completion
Compliance Support
  • Assist with answering internal questions on policy and procedures
  • Support preparation for PERT
  • Help manage the PPC mailbox and customer help desk
  • Research and gather information for new compliance requirements and documents
  • Work closely with the compliance manager to accomplish tasks
  • Meet weekly to report progress on compliance issues
Requirements

This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in government policy and process knowledge, M&O knowledge, DEAR/FAR, and closeout or compliance experience.
