Key Responsibilities

* Ensure proper staffing levels and manage front office operations, including interviewing, hiring, and training front desk agents
* Resolve guest complaints and concerns, utilizing creative problem-solving skills to ensure guest satisfaction
* Accurately manage and operate the MICROS system, including daily transactions and special requests
