Front Office Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Front Office Manager to join our team at Remington Hotels. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities
* Anticipate and respond to guest needs, maintaining a positive and professional demeanor at all times
* Ensure proper staffing levels and manage front office operations, including interviewing, hiring, and training front desk agents
* Resolve guest complaints and concerns, utilizing creative problem-solving skills to ensure guest satisfaction
* Accurately manage and operate the MICROS system, including daily transactions and special requests
Requirements
* High work ethic and self-initiative
* Ability to work varying schedules and maintain attention to tasks despite frequent interruptions
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
