We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Manager to join our team at Remington Hotels. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, managing front desk operations, and leading a team of front office associates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Anticipate and respond to guest needs, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for all guests.
  • Manage front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and room assignments.
  • Supervise and train front office associates, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to provide exceptional guest service.
  • Resolve guest complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Manage the MICROS system, ensuring accurate and efficient daily transactions.
