Child Care Group Supervisor

We are seeking a passionate and energetic individual to join our team as a Part-Time Child Care Group Supervisor in the Mifflin/Adamstown/Robeson area. As a Group Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to work directly with children in a dynamic and engaging environment, fostering their growth, development, and creativity.

Your role will be essential in providing a safe and enjoyable space for children to learn and play, while promoting our core values of caring, respect, and responsibility. • Oversee the entire classroom operations, ensuring that every aspect runs smoothly.
• Plan and implement engaging and age-appropriate activities that promote learning, creativity, and social interaction.
• Supervise and coordinate the efforts of classroom assistants, aides, and volunteers.
• Build positive relationships with children and staff members, promoting a supportive and inclusive classroom culture.

• A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in early childhood education, child development, special education, elementary education, or the human services field.
• Or a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, including 30 credit hours in early childhood education, child development, special education, elementary education, or the human services field, and 1 year of experience with children.
• Or an associate's degree from an accredited college or university in early childhood education, child development, special education, elementary education, or the human services field, and 2 years of experience with children.
• Or an associate's degree from an accredited college or university, including 30 credit hours in early childhood education, child development, special education, elementary education, or the human services field, and 3 years of experience with children.

We offer a competitive hourly pay rate of $15 - $18 per hour, as well as a $3 shift differential for working both morning and afternoon shifts. You will also be provided with great benefits, including gym membership at our five locations.
