Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Electromagnetic Compliance Specialist to join our team. As an Electromagnetic Compliance Specialist, you will be responsible for performing EMI/EMC testing and analysis to ensure compliance with industry standards.

Salary Range: $20-$27 per hour

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform EMI/EMC testing for military and commercial customers
  • Conduct shielding effectiveness and custom material parameters tests for R&D, Applications, and customers
  • Interpret results of EMI tests to make recommendations for solving test failures
  • Prepare, modify, and review EMI test reports, plans, and data for customers
  • Collaborate with R&D team to test new and existing EMI and Thermal materials for electric properties
  • Participate in Quality Control program of Test Service Department
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 0-2 years experience in EMI/EMC testing and analysis required
  • Ability to read, write, and understand basic English
Preferred Qualifications
  • 2+ years experience in EMI/EMC testing and analysis
  • Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering or other engineering discipline
  • Working knowledge of EMI/EMC Compliance Testing (MIL-STD-461, DO 160, IEC61000 family)
  • Excellent electrical and Radio Frequency (RF) comprehension
