Position Summary:
The Cardiovascular Specialist plays a vital role in assisting physicians with a variety of endovascular and hybrid surgical procedures, including participation in on-call rotations. Within the Hybrid Operating Room, this position involves collaboration with surgeons to diagnose and manage peripheral vascular conditions using fluoroscopic techniques.
Qualifications:Minimum of 1 year of experience in Cardiovascular or a related field. An Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technology, Cardiovascular Sonography, Respiratory Therapy, Paramedic, or Applied Science is required; a Bachelor's Degree is preferred. Certifications in Basic Life Support, Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support, and relevant licensure are mandatory.
Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM (4/10 hour shifts)
Weekend Requirements:
Occasional weekend duties
On-Call Duties:
Required every third weekend and some weekdays.
