Key Responsibilities- Supervise and direct a team of staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance.
- Manage office operations, including scheduling, billing, and inventory control.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with HIPAA standards and other regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with medical staff to ensure seamless coordination of patient care and services.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including accounts receivable and cash flow statements.
- Train and develop staff members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Ensure that all office activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a medical office setting, with a focus on mental health.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- EMR/EHR experience preferred.
