About the Role

Petit Psychiatry is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our mental health offices in Greenacres, Florida. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing staff, coordinating schedules, and ensuring the smooth functioning of our medical billing and intake departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and direct a team of staff members, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Coordinate schedules and ensure efficient workflow in the medical billing and intake departments.
  • Monitor and analyze financial reports, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and other relevant laws and guidelines.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
  • Provide training and support to staff members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve our operations and services.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a medical office setting, with a focus on mental health or behavioral health.
  • Proven track record of success in supervising and managing staff, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
