Job Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive risk management solutions to designated commercial clients within your service area or industry sector. Collaborate with Producers to enhance client acquisition and retention efforts.

Travel Requirements:
Travel expenses will be reimbursed, including mileage.

Key Duties:
1. Enhance the retention of current clients by maximizing the value of the partnership with McGriff.
2. Reduce accident rates and loss ratios for assigned clients, as evidenced by contingency plan outcomes with designated insurance markets.
3. Support new business acquisition by engaging in responses to requests for proposals, participating in sales calls, and attending meetings with producers and insurance carrier loss control teams.
4. Serve as the primary contact and resource for clients regarding their risk management, property protection, and employee safety needs.
5. Stay informed on risk management and occupational safety trends through ongoing education.
6. Collaboratively develop safety business plans with clients and insurance carrier loss control teams to enhance the client's safety and health management capabilities.
7. Conduct client training seminars at regional and local levels aimed at minimizing overall risk costs.

Utilization of Data:
Employ data analytics to assist clients in identifying loss drivers.

Internal Collaboration:
Understand and promote McGriff's internal risk management resources both internally and externally.

Participation:
Regularly attend office sales meetings and maintain frequent communication with production and marketing teams.

Qualifications:
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of five years' experience in risk management consulting, either in a corporate or insurance setting, or equivalent education and training.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory, including overnight stays.
- Proficient problem-solving and negotiation skills when engaging with senior client personnel.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
- Goal-oriented with a focus on results.
- Capability to complete tasks with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications such as Associate in Risk Management (ARM), Associate Safety Professional (ASP), Certified Safety Professional (CSP), or Certified Fire Protection Specialist (CFPS) are advantageous.
- Experience with multi-line coverage and industry-specific business groups as defined by McGriff's marketing department.
- Familiarity with RMIS systems and databases.

Compensation:
The annual base salary for this position ranges from $110,000 to $120,000, with an hourly wage between $54.24 and $57.69.

Benefits Overview:
Eligible employees working 20 hours or more per week can access a range of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability coverage, and tax-advantaged savings accounts, among other voluntary benefits.

All regular employees, regardless of scheduled hours, can contribute to a 401(k) savings plan, with company matching contributions available after one year of service and upon reaching age 21.

Employees receive a minimum of 10 days of vacation, along with 10 sick days and paid holidays, all prorated based on hire date and employment status.
