The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Broker Customer Success Manager to join our Inside Sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for new customer engagement, upsell/cross-sell, and retaining customer relationships within your assigned geographic territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive customer growth and retention
