Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct initial assessments and evaluations to determine service eligibility and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support.
  • Develop and implement aftercare plans and discharge plans to support patients in their recovery journey.
  • Respond to patient grievances and complaints in a professional and empathetic manner.
Requirements
  • Current licensure as a Substance Abuse Counselor (LSAA, LADAC, LMHC, LMSW, LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT).
  • Satisfactory background check and drug screen.
