The Role

We're seeking a skilled Technical Program Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Technology team, you'll play a critical role in building, running, and optimizing our Acquisition & Retention landscape. Your expertise will help us deliver technical solutions at large scales, on time, and with high customer impact.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with our Product Development team to plan and prioritize projects, identifying dependencies and resource requirements.
  • Maintain our RAID log, proactively identifying critical risks and dependencies, and creating contingency plans.
  • Plan and execute major product delivery milestones, ensuring timely and successful project completion.
  • Communicate effectively with management on plans, status, and critical issues, escalating urgent matters as needed.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to track critical milestones and dependent work streams, driving project success.
  • Coordinate scrum ceremonies and Agile processes, ensuring seamless project execution.
  • Document project processes and help standardize improvements, promoting transparency and accountability.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in managing infrastructure, operations, or engineering-driven projects.
  • A solid understanding of SDLC and a consistent record of achieving objectives.
  • Solid experience working with distributed teams, with a proven track record of delivering technical solutions at large scales.
  • Familiarity with cross-functional projects and interacting with multiple stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
  • Impeccable communication skills, written and verbal, with a strong ability to build relationships with business partners and stakeholders.
  • Proven critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for program success.
