Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and dismantle banquet and meeting spaces according to the Banquet Event Order specifications, including arranging tables and chairs, setting up condiments, linens, place settings, centerpieces, and other necessary items for events.
  • Deliver prompt and exceptional food service to members and guests.
  • Maintain beverage service by refilling glasses and clearing plates while ensuring utensils are replenished as needed.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisors and professional staff.

Required Qualifications

  • Prior experience in banquet service or restaurant settings is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Willingness to learn to operate a point-of-sale system.
